Keiryn finally lost his first tooth the day after he realized it was loose (he wasn't going to leave it alone until it came out). He said it was the best Easter ever!

Long Time, No Blog

Hey! I just barely remembered to check the blog site. It used to be my home page, but I can't get it to work anymore so I tend to forget to check it. Yea to Pam and Drea for posting! Enjoyed both very much. Here's a few teaser pics from Europe -- you'll have to come visit us to see any more (okay, I realize you probably aren't that interested in looking at our mountain of pictures, but come see us anyway)!:) Love you all!

It's crazy to think that Peter is almost a year old!  (It's also a little crazy we haven't posted anything on the blog since then . . .)  We hope you enjoy the attached video as proof positive that Peter is indeed a Luke; our little Jedi in training!

Halloween Fun

Hey all! We had so much fun on Halloween and hope you all did too! I heard that in addition to our witch, vampire, and Tigger, the other grandkids were a pirate and a lion -- and last I checked, the Bayles Bunch hadn't decided yet. Hope I get to see pictures of all of them! Kaden and Tay got to walk in the school's costume parade and Tom, Gatlin, and I all went to watch them. I love to see all the school kids in their costumes. They went to their class parties after that and it sounded like they had fun. Unfortunately, we found out later that night that Kaden had a few too many treats. Hopefully he's learned his lesson so we won't have to repeat that episode again next year. We had a few trick-or-treaters, but not as many as other years. Who knows? Maybe we managed to offend most of the ward? :) Or maybe Tom has scared them all away with his pranks? We may never know, but all in all, it was a really fun day for all of us.

Then today, we went to the mountain to get our Christmas tree! We know it's early, but we like to do it when the weather is nice, and we've discovered that if we put it in a bucket of water and make sure it never gets dry then it lasts until the end of the holidays. We had a blast!
